Delivery Areas

We ship across Pakistan. Delivery is available to all major cities including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, and more.

Delivery Time

Standard orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Lahore orders may arrive sooner. Custom or personalised orders may require additional preparation time — we will confirm the timeline with you before dispatch.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee applies to every order and is calculated at checkout based on your delivery city. Local, regional and national rates differ, so the exact amount is shown once you enter your address.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this to track your parcel with our courier partner.

Packaging

All candles are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely. Gift orders are wrapped and packed ready to give.

Photo Before Dispatch

Every order is photographed once it is finished and sent to you on WhatsApp before it is handed to the courier, so you know exactly what is arriving. If anything is not as you ordered it, we correct it before it ships.

The photograph is there to confirm your order. Each piece follows the design shown on its product page. Everything is handmade, so small natural differences from one piece to the next are normal.
