By placing an order with Candle Studio, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or if a product is out of stock, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Custom Orders

For personalised or custom orders, full or partial payment may be required upfront. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun unless the product is defective.

Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. We do not accept returns on products that have been used or are not in their original condition.

Candle Safety

Always burn candles within sight, away from flammable materials, and out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Candle Studio is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from improper use of our products.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, text, and branding belongs to Candle Studio and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
